He was predeceased by: his daughter Mindy Hayward; his siblings, Clair Hayward and Judith Drallette; his brothers-in-law, Theron Rayman (Lois) and David Hudson; and his parents, Donald Hayward and Marjorie Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hayward; his daughters, Deb Miller (Tim), Julie Hayward (TJ) and Cheryl VanMiddlesworth; his grandchildren, Sara Meeks (Joe), Jessica Pease, Patty Robinson (Tyler), Jake Pease (Sarah), Tavion Davis (Rebecca), Jhamil Davis, Christopher Miller and Lacey Miller; his siblings, Shirley Hudson, Dale Hayward (Jennie), Allan Hayward (Carol), Donna Budden (Richard), Joyce Guetschow (Russ) and George Hayward (Eleanor); and his siblings-in-law, DeWayne Drallette (Lorraine) and Gail Rayman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, seven great-grandchildren, and countless friends.
