He is survived by: his mother Donna Elaine Rhoades (Goodell); his wife Kelly Rhoades; his daughters, Chelsea Rhoades (Kiley Hume) and Courtney Rhoades; and his siblings, Cathy Caporossi (Patrick), Pam Strosinski (Kenneth), Rodney Rhoades (Kathy) and Tammie Blank (Craig). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
