Patricia left this world on August 14, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smothers and Jean Smothers (Van Wyk); her husband George; and her brother Russ Smothers. She is survived by: her children, Jason Schneider (Christina Hankins) of Lawrence and Jessica Schneider (Dave Price) of Lawrence; her grandsons, Jimmy Phelps (Brittany Reinhart) of Roselle Il, Gage Schneider of Bangor, Wyatt Schneider, Deondra Hankins and Andrew Schneider; and her sister Sherie Middleton (Mike Middleton) of South Haven. She is also survived by three stepdaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American Heart Association, or the American Cancer Society in Patty's name.
