She is survived by: her husband Len Jackson; her children, Jon Erickson (Sherry), Tina Vande Slunt (Derek) and Jeffrey Jackson (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Noah, Micah, Jenna, Payton and Blake; and her siblings, Judith Hoffmann (Alfred), Kenneth Swieringa (Joann) and Roger Swieringa (Betty). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
