He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hiemstra (Hank) and Virginia Hiemstra (Krup); and his brother-in-law Jim Roth. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Heather Sadler; his stepsons, Joe Pearson (Bryn) and Derek Tibbits; and his siblings, David Hiemstra (Kathy), Kathleen Roth and Nickolas Hiemstra (Patrice). He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
