She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Harris and Jean Harris; her brother Rich Harris; her son David Barnett; and her husband Dick Barnett.
She is survived by: her son Tom Barnett (Nikki Barnett); and her grandchildren, Grace and Noah Barnett. She is also survived by animals, her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the SPCA of Southwest Michigan, an organization that held a special place in Laurie's heart.
