He is survived by: his parents, Jay C. Wagner and Sandra Sue Wagner (Hadden); his wife Melissa Wagner; his children, Jordan, Tara and Chase Wagner; and his siblings, Sarah Wagner, Jay Wagner (Grace), Dawn McAllister (Tory), Carrie Wagner and Brandon Pelkey (Hannah Jewel). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
