He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Dean and Alice Mae Dean (Burson); his wife Diana Lou Williams; his brother Newell Dean (Ruth); and his siblings-in-law, Ron Zentz and Sherri Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory (Kayla) and Karen (Pete); his grandchildren, Alison, Connor, Molly and Brenna; and his siblings, Millicent Zentz of Goshen, IN and Duane of Portage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
