He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his sister Linda Castle-Nufer; his sons, Jason and Dennis Berghuis, Jr.; his stepchildren, Julie Cummings (Doug) and David Eichaker; his grandchildren, Dakota Berghuis, Ashley Berghuis, Alexis Wellman (Cummings), Caitlin Hughes (Connor), Tyler Cummings, Grace Cummings, Kayla Eichaker and Ashtin Eichaker; and his great grandchild Paxton Hughes. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
