She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Mohney and Esther Mohney (Neterer); and her siblings, Harriet, Phyllis, Janet and Jim.

She is survived by: her spouse Dale Curtis Rice; and her siblings, Lee Mohney, Clayton Mohney and Bonnie Arney.

Donations in Betty's memory may be directed to the Elks Crippled Children's Foundation.
