He was predeceased by: his parents, Wladislaw Tarle-Jautakis and Marija Losifovna (Kimont); his wife Dorothea Burger; his sister Saule Gecas; and his niece Bernice Valantinas.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Jautakis (Nancy Reay), Donna Pydlek (David) and Harry Jautakis (Pamela); his grandchildren, Hayley Jautakis, Chelsea Jautakis-Volpe (Jason) and Erin Pydlek; and his pets, Rose, Lily and Dori.
