He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Roth and Elizabeth Roth (Schuler); and his wife Opal Yvonne Haskins. He is survived by : his sons, Al Roth (Marilee) and Jeff Roth; his grandchildren, Jenna Newsome (David), Lisa Roth, Robert Roth, Rebecca Roth and Michael Roth; his great grandchild Savannah Maycroft; his sister Darlene Damaske; and his close friend Donna Sackett.
