He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bibbs and Earnestine Williams (Thompson); his stepfather JT Williams Sr.; his siblings, Kenneth Williams, J. T. Williams Jr. and Doris Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Hershey Thompson of Inkster, MI, Edmond Young of Buchanan, MI, Ben Lax of South Bend, IN and Donzella Williams of Belleville, MI; and his granddaughter Kyasha Mayo.
He is survived by: his close friend Byron Davis (Linda); his pet Tuffy; his wife Connie Bibbs; his daughters, Melinda Mayo of Niles, MI, Denise Bibbs of Niles, MI and Tina Hill (Carlos) of South Bend, IN; his stepsons, Barry Brinkley of California and Christopher Brinkley (Jane) of Niles, MI; his siblings, Clarence Bibbs Sr. (Josetta) of Buchanan, MI, John Williams of Belleville, MI, Dorothy Jenkins (Johnnie) of Pearl, MS, Bobbie Thompson of Inkster, MI, Margaret Young of Buchanan, MI, Delores Hill of Tampa, FL, Anna Marie Overton (Walter) of South Bend, IN, Carolyn Lax of South Bend, IN and Me'shelle Porter (Donald) of Lancaster, TX; his grandchildren, Kyle Mayo, Kevin Day, Kennedy Chavez (Nirisi), Javon Bibbs, Jayla Bibbs, Roman Parker and Rylee Parker; and his stepgrandchildren, Christalyn Brinkley and Christopher Brinkley II. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
