He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lowe and Janice Lowe (Waak). He is survived by: his wife Carol Lowe (McNees); his stepdaughters, Donna Young (Jimmy) and Barbara Daniel; his grandchildren, Ricky Emery, Jr., Kristy Emery and Kaitlynn Marks; and his siblings, Diana Killingbeck, Rebecca Cronk (Michael), Daniel Lowe (Darlene) and Brian Lowe (Angie).
