It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Peterson of Sawyer, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Peterson and Ingrid Peterson (Nilson); his wife Lucille "Lou" Wedde; his son Dale; and his brother Elmer Peterson.

He is survived by: his children, Noel Peterson (Angie Silguero) and Linda Magro (Frank); and his grandchildren, Sarah Johnson (Alex), Nick Magro, Kylie Peterson and Nate Peterson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chikaming Open Lands, 12291 Red Arrow Hwy., Sawyer, MI 49125.
