He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hoath and Thelma Hoath (Pickard); his son Rodney Hoath (Sue); his wife Elizabeth Albon; and his siblings, MaryLou Heikkinen, Phyllis Hall, Darlene Allen and Jack Hoath.
He is survived by: his son Steve Hoath (Terri) of St. Ignace; his grandchildren, Jamie Hoath (Susan) of St. Ignace and Stephanie Hoath of Marquette; his great grandchildren, Cole and Ryan Todd of Marquette; and his sister Linda Crimin (Hoath).
