She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Kirkpatrick and Viola Kirkpatrick (Johns); her husband Timothy Shagen; and her sister Lucy Kirkpatrick. She is survived by: her son Hugh Rexstrew; her sister Linda Kirkpatrick; and her grandchildren, Orion Rexstrew, Cristopher Rexstrew and Drake Rexstrew.
