He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Charles and Gertrude McCready; his wife Mary; and his son William. He is survived by: his children, Chuck McCready (late Beverly McCready) of Sault Ste, Marie, Mary Mervar (Kevin) of L'Anse, Michigan, Michael McCready (Krys) of Alice Springs, Australia, Anne Vieau of Mackinaw City, Michigan, Kathy Weber (Kent) of Thessalon, Ontario and Sandy Jorgenson (late Eric Jorgenson) of Lanse; his grandchildren, Theresa McCready, Isaiah, Josephine Mervar, Nicholas Vieau, Elizabeth Weber, Emily and John Jorgenson; his sister Mary Baron; his brother-in-law Patrick O'Halloran (Nicki); and his goddaughter Mary Disch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
