He was predeceased by: his wife Marion; his son Terry Bertram; his granddaughter Sherri Autore-Skogmon; his parents, Augustus and Amelia; and his siblings, Howard Bertram (Evelyn), Yvonne Gray (Stewart), Lucille Thompson (Melvin), Arnold Bertram (Ileen), Robert Bertram (Jan) and Earl Bertram.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Olsen of Highland, Susan Autore (Don) of Sault Ste, Marie, Steven Bertram (Patti) of Green Bay and Tracy Bertram (Susan) of Rescue, California; his grandchildren, Jason Carillo, Heather Olsen, Erika Bertram, Korry Bertram, Bill Bertram (Amy), Andrew Bertram (Chiharu), Kristin Autore, Brent Autore (Lynn) and Robin Blalock (Don); his sisters-in-law, Betty Bertram and Bunnie Dale; and his close friend Patricia Montero. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Family Life Funeral Homes - Sault Ste (4951 M-129, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
