He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Clark; his daughter Jessica Campbell of Yakima, Washington; his siblings, Laura Aikens (Ted) of Sault Ste and Keith Campbell (Donna) of Marquette, Michigan; his grandchildren, Alex Campbell (Amaya) and Elizabeth of Yakima; his mother-in-law Angela Marie "Peg" Clark; his siblings-in-law, Joe Clark, Mike Clark and Angie Kwiatkowski; and his grandson Jaxson Havens of Melbourn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephew and great nieces and nephews.
