She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Lisa LaPonsie, Allison LaPonsie of Dafter, Renee LaPonsie of Sault Ste, John LaPonsie II of Dafter, Timothy LaPonsie of Kinross, Kyle LaPonsie of Kinross and Scotty LaPonsie of Kinross; her mother-in-law Joanne LaPonsie of Dafter; her grandchildren, Teanna, Isabella, Jazzlynn, Rylnn, Kegan, John LaPonsie III, James, Jazmine, Kevin, Dwayne, Octavian, Zachary, Tayton, Bryton, Devon and Grayton; her great grandchild Lilia; and her siblings, Terri Rabineau and Rial Rabineau.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Niigaanaagiizhik Ceremonial Building (11 Ice Circle Chi Mukwa, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
