She is survived by: her mother Mary Brocklehurst (Holt); her husband Al Tester; her daughter Alison Kasprzak (Mike); her grandchildren, Joey, Jacob and Annalise Kasprzak; and her siblings, Nancy Chadwick (Tom), Dan Brocklehurst (Mary Ellen), Patty Brocklehurst and Barb Correll (Craig).
