She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grooms and Daisy Grooms (Brichfield). She is survived by: her significant other Lewis Hopkins; her children, Tammy Church (Tom) and Calvin Lawrance Lawson; her grandchildren, Tanya, Shawn, Benjamin and Samantha; her great grandchild Kailey; and her brothers, Lewis Lyttaker (Sandy), Richard Lyttaker, Joe Brichfield and James Grooms. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
