She was predeceased by: her husband William N. Lewis Sr.; her father Gilbert Long (Doris); and her brother Dale Long. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Putnam, Sharon Putnam and Kevin Putnam (Joseph Blodgett); her stepchildren, William N. Jr. Lewis (Gemma), Basil Lewis (Marguerite) and Nancy Heltsley (Mark); her grandchildren, Shannon, Brandon (Nicki) and Samantha (Mark); her sibling Pat Long; her nieces, Sherry Rowe-Long and Rhonda Long; and her nephew Michael Long.
