He was predeceased by: his wife Georgianna; and his daughter-in-law Nellie Zoerhoff. He is survived by: his children, Leon Zoerhoff, David Zoerhof (Tamara), Judy Zimmer (Alan), Jan Zoerhoff, Jean Vannette (David) and Jarvis Zoerhoff (Suanne); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Wiersma (Jim) and Merle Jaarda (Linda). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to East Saugatuck Christian Reformed Church or Hospice of Holland.
