He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hebert and Eileen Hebert; his brothers, John R. Hebert and Richard D. Hebert; and his nephew Thomas M. Hebert Jr. A.
He is survived by: his siblings, William J. Hebert (Cheryl), Thomas M. Hebert, Patricia A. Higgs (Jerry), Margaret E. Feuerstein (Dennis), Louis H. Hebert (Marilyn) and Mary K. DeWitt (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
