With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verdena Borup of Saranac, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verdena Borup to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Borup; her parents, Lyle Pintler and Berneice Pintler (Thompson); and her siblings, Shirley Hopp and Dale Pintler.
She is survived by: her sisters, Vivian Hey and Sharlene Hopp; and her children, Brenda Karsies (Ron), Doug Borup (Dawn) and Derrick Borup (Lori). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Boston-Saranac Historical Society or Spectrum Hospice.
