He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Loraine Miller (Olejniczak); and his sister Karen Wittenbach. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Miller of Greenville, Mark Miller of Muskegon and Lynne Miller of Lansing; and his brother-in-law Steven Wittenbach of Florida.
