She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Mulligan and Geraldine Mulligan (Devers); her children, Colleen Thelen (Paul) of St. Johns and James Mulligan (Renee) of Muir; her granddaughter Paige Thelen of St. Johns; her brothers, Ray Mulligan of Lyons and Mike Mulligan of Fenwick; her half-sister Winona Whitkop (Bill); her siblings-in-law, Joann Mulligan of St. Johns and Wayne Cramer of Lyons; and her siblings, Alvin Mulligan and Frances Cramer.
