She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vanagas and Lauretta Rode; her sister Susan Waalkes; and her grandson Brandon Kodey Sterken. She is survived by: her spouse Bennie F. Sterken May; her stepchildren, Jeffrie Sterken of Waukesha, Susan Waters (John) of Atlanta, Georgia, Craig Sterken (Sandy) of Essexville and Mark Sterken (Tina) of Casper; her grandchildren, Travis, Joshua, John, Wesley, Kevin, Allison, Gregory, Samantha, Elizabeth and Laciana; and her great grandchildren, Natilee, Ethan, Haylee, Aiden, Jet, Eli, Wyatt, Penelope, Finn and Levi.
