He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Tyler and Marian Tyler (Bartram); his former wife Lois J Perry; his daughter Cheryle Powers; and his grandson Gary Ohlrich.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tyler of Saranac; his daughter Sharon Courser (Bob) of Florida; his son-in-law Dave Powers of Ionia; his grandchildren, Mike Ohlrich (Amber) of Hastings, Pat Courser of Florida, Paul Courser of Florida and Angie Ohlrich of Lowell; and his sister Rosalyn Bennett (Val) of Belding. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Memorial contributions may be made in George's name to Saranac Fire Department.
