He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bibbler and Bernice Bibbler (Wilczewski); and his brother-in-law Ed Minard. He is survived by: his wife Toni Frazer; his close friend Toni Frazer of Saranac; his son Steve Frazer (Marcie) of Lowell; his granddaughters, Riley and Paige Frazer; and his brother-in-law Scott Minard (Darla) of Florida.
Bernie also known as "Bluegill Bernie" loved to fish almost daily and organized his own annual fish fry at the American Legion in Saranac that he would donate the raised funds to the Legion.
