He is survived by: his children, Joshua Hovey (Meredith) of Auburn, AL, Sophia Hovey of Midland and Alycia Hovey of Midland; his granddaughter Frances Hovey of Auburn, AL.; his sisters, Ann Fairchild Butcher (Kevin) and Michelle Horny; his nephews, Joe Fairchild and Brent Fairchild; his niece Suzy Fairchild-Cole; and his great-nieces, Layla Cole, Morgan Fairchild and Amelia Fairchild.
