He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucio Perez and Consuelo Perez (Villarreal). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Allsopp; his children, Thomas Flick, Silvester Perez Jr. (Bonnie), Chad Nemisio Perez, Marcia Perez and Brittany Klein (Ryan); and his siblings, Mario Perez, Paul "Rick" Perez and Sylvia Holifield (Anthony). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
