He is survived by: his mother Fauna Nixon (Walker); his daughter Chenille Stroup (Joe); his grandson Brayln; his siblings, Kim, Mike, Julie and Karla; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Nixon (Rachelle), Lucas Nixon (Ashley), Crystal Anderson (Derrick), Trevor Carlson and Erin Carlson. He is also survived by 5 great-nieces and nephews, and several aunts and uncles.
