He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Sabrina Mitchell (Robert) of Holland, MI, Shannon Kozelouzek (Shanny) of Midland, MI and Sara Gale II (Mickey) of Highland, MI.; and his grandchildren, Reganne Schihl, Brooke, Lilly Kozelouzek, Lyla and Mickey Gale III.
