He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Frazer and Joyce A. Frazer (Milnes); and his brothers, John and Paul Frazer. He is survived by: his wife Ellen L. Henning; his children, Edward Frazer and Jennifer Glazer (Casey) of Hemlock; his stepdaughter Julie Sian (Mike) of Midland; and his brothers, Joe Frazer (Julie) and David Frazer (Carolyn).
