He was predeceased by: his wife Barb; his sons, Mark and Gregg; and his sister Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Kim Birch (Trish Foerster), Lorie Mault (Ken) and Tammy Bremer (Brian); his grandchild Trevor Birch (Anna); his great grandchild Kaleb; his sister Donna Fortezzo; and also, Deric Birch, Linden Rogers (Michael), Kaitlin Mault, Sean Bremer and Kaylee Bremer.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the Sanford Food Pantry or the charity of the donor's choice.
