He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theresa B. Prill (Walezak) and Clarence A. Prill; his children, Christopher Prill (Diane) of Saginaw, Casey Prill (Rebecca) of Freeland, Sarah Prill of Beaverton and Tiffany Kerr (Bennett) of Westland, Michigan; his grandchildren, Joslyn, Mikaila Brubaker, Josiah Prince, Colin Prill and Stella Kerr; his half-brother Lawrence Prill; and his siblings, Terry Mitchell (David), Richard and David Prill.

Due to the Covid restrictions a private celebration of Clarence's life will be held at Wilson MILLER Funeral Home on Saturday December 19, 2020.

Memorials may be directed in his memory to the Ronald McDonald House.
