She was predeceased by: her father John F. Jurstik; her sisters, Pam Greenier and Mary Valley; her nephew Ronnie Jurstik; and her brother-in-law Michael Smith (Nathan Valley).
She is survived by: her siblings, Diana L. Jurstik, Larry Jurstik (Juanita), Linda Morrison (Wayne), Nancy Kwiatkowski (David), Harriet L. Smith and Karen Jurstik. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
