In loving memory of Sue Babcock of Sandusky, Michigan, born in Croswell, Michigan, who departed this world on October 15, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Westley and Elma Westley (Phillips); and her son Raymond Babcock. She is survived by: her children, Julie Ann Smeltz, Cecilia Chapin (Riley) and Daniel Hartwick; her grandchildren, Tara Smeltz, Nathan Smeltz, William and Walker Chapin; her great grandchild Noel Chapin; her siblings, Gerald Westley (Elaine), Robert Westley (Susie) and Laura Mater; and her sister-in-law Norma Westley.
