She was predeceased by: her father Ellroy Packard; her daughter Terri Lynn Packard; and her sisters, Henrietta and Gloria. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Hackel; and her siblings, Lorraine, Marilyn, Mary, George and Marvin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
