She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Messmer and Grace Messmer (Sheldon). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Joachim (Jeff) and Robert McBride (Nancy); her grandchildren, Noah McBride, Ian Joachim, Grace Joachim, Anthony Shields and Marissa Velasco (Art); and her husband Don. She is also survived by spouses, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She requested donations be made to the Sandusky Library, McKenzie Hospital or the Sandusky Presbyterian Church.
