Palmer of Sandusky, Michigan, born in Hazel Park, Michigan, who passed away on October 22, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Pearl Palmer (Kenny); and his siblings, William Palmer and Patricia Wendell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Behr; his sons, Paul Palmer (Tammy) and Robert Todd Palmer (Andrea); his grandchildren, Colton Palmer (Alexis), Connor Palmer and Sage Palmer; his half-sister Eleanor Ireland; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Palmer.

Memorials may be made to the Countryside Free Methodist Church.
