She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burger and Elizabeth Burger; and her son William. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Steven Fife (Catherine), Daniel Fife (Heather), Lauren Fife Boruta (Peter), Rebecca Zehnpfennig (John) and Thomas Griffin; and her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Brendin (Nicole), Gabrielle, Connor, Grace, Ava, Halle, Trevor, Aiden and John David.

The family requests with gratitude any donations be made in her name to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 202 E. 5th Street, Royal Oak, Michigan 48067, or Peace Lutheran Church, in Sandusky.
