He is survived by: his wife Alice Smith; his children, Angela Coburn (Jerry), Jennifer Krueger (Jason), Kurtis Smith (Stefanie) and Sarah Machiela (Lyle); his grandchildren, Bradly (Mikayla), Samuel, Alexandra, Tomina, Kayla, Alyvia, Leigha, Brady, Jalena, Lillian and Mayleigh; his great grandchild Kairi; and his brother Randy Smith (T. K.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
