He is survived by: his wife Theresa Fleming of Sandusky; and his daughters, Kimberly Webb (Ron) of Sandusky, Heather Mary Ann Kozlakowski (Ian) and Kelly Laura Roberts (Eric). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren: many loving nieces and nephews.
