He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford J. Otis Sr. and Marjorie Otis (Wiley); and his wife Maxine M. Greenlee. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Otis (Bonnie) of Port Huron and Jim Otis (Michelle) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Kristie Ross (Billy), Kellie Otis, Lauren Chisholm (Alex), Rosie Otis, Alayna Otis (Mark Sherman) and Katrin Otis (Brendan Fox); his sister-in-law Erdeen Casto; and his close friends, Jeff and Linda Brown. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, we will adhere to the strict guidelines and are asking all visitors to bring and wear a mask or face covering during the service and visitation.
