He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Daphne Smith (Dave), Chasity VanderMark (Gary), Michelle Denton (David) and Erik Avery (Tina); his grandchildren, Kyle Avery (Cristen), Courtney VanderMark, Bailey VanderMark, Zoie Denton and Tyler Denton; his siblings, Terry Avery (Deb), Linda Avery, Tom Avery (Connie) and Denny Avery; and also Natalie Avery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
