She is survived by: her sisters, Violet Frey (Loren), Pauline Kranz (Norman) and Maxine Knox (Gerald); her husband Jack Hanes; her daughter Tina Simcoe; her son-in-law John Simcoe; her grandchildren, Michael Simcoe and Nikki Hackstedt (Dan); her great grandchildren, Danny and Elise; her daughter-in-law Debra Hanes; her grandson Luke Dzwonek (Liz); her great grandchild Henry; and her close friend Jeanette Denton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Ensley Community Church.
